This page explains the basic information Roedde Systems collects through this website and what it is used for.
What is collected
If you request the free guide, the site collects the email address you submit. If you book a call, the details you provide are handled through Calendly and are also subject to Calendly's privacy terms.
How it is used
Your information is used to send what you requested, respond to you, arrange an assessment, and send the occasional practical email described beside the form. Roedde Systems does not sell or rent your information.
Service providers
Information may be processed by the services needed to run the website, deliver email, and schedule calls. Only the information needed to provide those functions is shared with them.
Advertising and measurement
This site uses the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It records that a page was viewed and whether you booked a call or requested the guide, so that advertising can be measured and shown to people likely to find it useful. It does not receive your name, email address, or phone number. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings, or block it with most ad-blocking and tracking-protection tools — the site works normally either way.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time. To ask about, correct, or delete information you have submitted, emailnigel@roeddesystems.ca.
