How much AI is actually involved?+
The least that does the job. If a free tool or a better way to use software you already have plugs the leak, that's what the report says. I don't make it complicated just to make it look impressive.
Is a robot going to answer my phone and make me sound like a call centre?+
Only if that's what you want, and most owners don't. The chat box in the corner of this page is one of mine, so you can judge it for yourself. It answers what it actually knows, it tells you straight away that it isn't me, and it hands you over the moment you'd rather talk to a person. That's the bar. The rest is the same idea: the systems handle the repetitive stuff so the human moments stay human. In a town this size, your reputation is the business. I protect it.

Sometimes it's online booking, an after-hours voice receptionist, staff training, or a custom app that handles repetitive computer and phone work or makes a complicated process easier for staff and customers. I recommend only what genuinely saves time or improves service—not more tech just for the sake of it.
